"Females are greater than 8 times more likely to injure an ACL than males..."
Need strength? Speed? Agility? Rehabilitation, or just prehabilitation? At Kaizen Athletic Performance, we create programs based on your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances, in order for you to get the most out of your body, no matter your sport!
Philosophy
We strive to provide the best possible training program, experience, atmosphere and coaching for all of our athletes. We make sure each athlete feels as comfortable and at home, while working harder than they thought they could before, all in the most safe and quick manners possible. We help athletes perform to the best of their capabilities, to greatly reduce the risk of injury in sport and to extend each athlete's career to the greatest extent possible.

Why Train
Females are greater than 8 times more likely to injure their ACL than males and account for more season-ending injuries than any other for this population. Training can help to significantly reduce the risk knee, shoulder and other injuries for both female and male populations.

Shoulder, Knee, or Shin pain?
Minor problems such as these can turn into long term problems for athletes. Sports such as Volleyball expose athletes to an incredible amount of shoulder and knee stress. These issues can easily be remedied through proper training means. At Kaizen Athletic Performance, we assess each athlete individually through proven methods passed on by some of the world's most accomplished strength coaches. These assessments help to guide training for each individual, in order to help prevent hamstring and groin pulls, increase sport specific strength and power production and alleviate or prevent minor injuries that can lead to much more severe problems down the road.
